Despire being engaged to Star Wars hottie Hayden Christensen, Rachel Bilson sometimes prefers to attend star-studded paparazzi-oozing fashion shows without her ring. Hmmm. And everything is... fine?

This is one of 3 things: 1. a deliberate attempt at more publicity. 2. the outcome of a hugeeee fight earlier in the day. 3. evidence of Rachel and Hayden's fake engagement (how can someone that adorable ever settle down?!).

Hilary Duff Films Gossip Girl... Really?!?

Well, there's no turning back now. Hilary Duff seen here with Penn Badgley filming on the set of Gossip Girl.

But, really? Hilary Duff? That's the best you can do? Gossip Girl is a hit show which rakes in millions of viewers in the 18-30 age group which is the most coveted demographic in television. Why go for Hilary Duff when you could probably get Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, or even Kristen Stewart. Although, to be honest, Kristen's typical awkwardness and mumbling/stutter combo probably wouldn't stand a chance against the perpetually glamorous cast (minus Taylor Momsen).

Rule Number 1: When you have a hit show only in its third season, don't kill your show by casting washed-up, second rate Disney stars.

Pregnant Penelope?

If this is true, that baby is going to be so adorable. Thick dark hair and olive skin. I'm sure Salma Hayek would love for her little Valentina to have a play date.

However, if this is false, it must suck to be accused of being pregnant every time you gain a few pounds or wear a looser-fitting outfit.

• Duh, ass!
• Ummm, what the hell do you think? I have been answering the same questions for two years now. I had just gone to bed when I got the knock on the door, "Kristen, 5 minutes until the panel."
• Well, I'm an actress, duh what do you think my motivation was. That is none of your damn business you toad!

Body Language Speaks Volumns-Comic Con 2009 Pictures

Whether Kristin and Rob are together or not, that seems to be the question on Twilighaholics minds everywhere. Well, in the pictures I have seen taken at Comic Con, she seems to be leaning all over Taylor. Her arm is around Taylor and her other arm next to Rob P is awkwardly up in the air in an "I'm not touching you, I'm not touching you" sort of way. Rob Paz is obviously talking, probably saying, "do I smell?" or 'Did we sleep together last night?" Or some other WTF statement.





However, when she finally has to put her arm around Rob (some reporter must have requested it, "awww..come on Kristin, include Rob.") she leans into him and obviously got hot because she removed her sweatshirt.

Eclipse Gets a new Victoria

Bryce Dallas Howard is stepping into the role of Victoria, which was originally played by Rachelle Lefevre for the third installment of the Twilight saga. Bryce, daughter of Ron Howard, will portray the bloodsucking bad girl in Eclipse. "Rachelle brought Victoria to great screen life, and Bryce will bring a new dimension to the character," says Erik Feig, president of worldwide production and acquisitions for Summit Entertainment. "The franchise is lucky to have such a talented actress as Bryce coming in to fill the role." Rachelle reportedly dropped out of the third film due to a scheduling conflict.
Twilight fans weren't the only ones surprised by the news that Bryce Dallas Howard was replacing Rachelle Lefevre on the third film Eclipse.

"I was stunned," says Lefevre in a statement. "I was fully committed to the Twilight saga."

Lefevre, who played villain Victoria in the first Summit Entertainment-produced film and its upcoming sequel New Moon, said she turned down "several other film opportunities" and accepted only roles with short shooting schedules to make time for Eclipse.

"I am hurt deeply by Summit's surprising decision to move on without me," she says.

Summit said the actress was leaving because of a scheduling conflict with her upcoming film Barney's Version, which begins filming the same day as Eclipse.

But Lefevre says her commitment to the indie film was only less than two weeks. "Given the length of filming for Eclipse, never did I fathom I would lose the role over a 10 day overlap."

"I was happy with my contract with Summit and was fully prepared to continue to honor it," she adds. "Summit chose simply to recast the part. I am greatly saddened that I will not get to complete my portrayal of Victoria for the Twilight audience."

Lefevre, however, says she "will be forever grateful to the fan support and loyalty" and "I wish the cast and crew of Eclipse only the very best."

Yes, I know...there is a ton of celebrity news that happened last week and all I posted was a rest in peace Farrah thingy.

Seriously, I feel bad about Michael Jackson, Ed McMahon, and Billy Mays but there is so much news on them that I felt that since I wasn't on top of it from the moment it happened, (I posted the Farrah information as soon as it was announced) that I was Monday morning quarterback and it would be worthless.

I was shocked to hear about Billy Mays though.

So on news that matters to me, yeah I am pathetic but at least I know it.

Enduring a two and half year battle with cancer, those closest to Fawcett warn that these could be her final hours.

"I'm not sure if she's going to make it through the day," Walters said on "Good Morning America." "She's had her last rites."

As Fawcett clings to life, members of her inner circle, Dr. Lawrence Piro and longtime love Ryan O'Neal are gathered at her hospital bedside.

I am so sad to hear this. She was suffering so badly so it really is a God send but such a sad few years for her.

MTV Movie Awards Were Ummm...Interesting

I must really be out of out.

Being 42, MTV USED to be a big part of my life until about 9 years ago when they stopped the videos and went over to sitcoms, reality shows and news.

I felt extremely old last night because:

1. I had no idea who was hosting.
2. It seemed awkward
3. I didn't even know Eminem had been gone.
4. The dresses all look so weird to me.

5. That whole Sasha Cohen thing was just bizarre
6. I have no idea what Zac Efron won for after the whole Em thing!
7. I couldn't follow the whole LeAnne Rhimes, Chris Isaak, Forest Whitaker thing.
8. What was up with the whole Keifer Sutherland thing? Why did it have to go on for so long?
9. Was Kristan and Rob supposed to kiss? It was just so weird.
10. When did Jim Carey stop being funny?
11. What was up with the Will Farrell cat thing?
12. I don't get Zac Efron's hair. It's like some weird comb over. Like he rode over in a convertible and failed to look in a mirror on his way in. WTF!


Why does a beautiful girl like this have to seem so odd? She is stunning but then is awkward in her own skin.
